Encryption in Transit and at Rest

All data moving between your device and our servers travels over TLS 1.2 or higher. Stored records — including payment references from UPI and Paytm — are encrypted using AES-256 so they cannot be read if storage media is ever accessed without authorisation.

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how pages perform. You can review and adjust cookie preferences from the settings menu in your account at any time without affecting your ability to deposit or withdraw.

Account Security Practices

Two-factor authentication is available on all 7up7down accounts and we strongly encourage you to enable it. Failed login attempts trigger a temporary lock and an alert to your registered email or phone number to let you act quickly.

Data Retention Periods

Transaction records, including PhonePe withdrawal confirmations, are retained for the period required by applicable financial regulations. After the mandatory window closes, records are purged from live systems within 90 days and from backup archives within a further 180 days.

Our Data Protection contact handles all access, correction, erasure and portability requests. Requests submitted through the Help Centre are logged, assigned a reference number, and acknowledged within 48 working hours so nothing falls through the cracks.

You can ask us to correct inaccurate details, restrict how we process certain data, or receive a portable export of your account record. We process all such requests without charge and within the timeframes set out in the applicable data protection framework.

We collect your name, date of birth, email address, phone number and the payment details needed to process UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions. We also log device identifiers and session data to maintain account security and detect unusual activity.

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with processors who help us run the platform — such as payment gateways for UPI or PhonePe — and only under written agreements that require them to protect it to the same standard we do.
